Learn more at the Lockheed Martin Company Visit
Lockheed Martin is a global security and aerospace company that employs about 112,000 people worldwide. It is principally engaged in the research, design, development, manufacture, integration and sustainment of advanced technology systems, products and services.
NAF and NACCWM members are invited to visit the Legacy Aarea, Fighter Demonstration and Space Experience Centers (FDC) of the state-of-the-art Lockheed Martin Global Vision Center (GVC). Learn and experience more about the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, and the spaceship Orion. The FDC’s F-35 and F-22 cockpit demonstrators, an F-35 helmet mounted display system, and multiple touch-screen displays are used to further emphasize capabilities and other unique aspects of each aircraft. Unique interactive displays, such as the Orion Multipurpose Crew Vehicle cockpit simulator, a missile defense simulator, and the GPS Value Station provide visitors with a visceral experience of actual space technology in action. You can read more about the Global Vision Center here.
Immediately following the company visit, at around 5:30pm, we invite you to join us in the Highline RxR bar at 2010 Crystal Dr , Arlington VA. (Cash bar.)
