Martin is the owner of NL to US (www.NLtoUS.com); a consulting and brokerage firm specializing in bringing Dutch companies and their products to the United States. We work on business development, marketing and supply chain strategies. Martin has 15 years of experience in North America with an emphasis in the agri-food sector. Previously Martin organized the Dutch Happy hour (NL Borrel) for 10 years as well as the World Cup viewing parties. Martin is married, has 2 daughters and lives in Springfield, Virginia.

Jatinder Kaur Koshla - Director
Jatinder is the Business Investment Manager for Europe at the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA). She is responsible for bringing foreign direct investment from Europe into Fairfax County, Virginia, and oversees the operations of the FCEDA’s office in Berlin. Ms. Khosla has also worked with a number of international companies to help them develop their business activities. Her areas of expertise include economic development, strategic planning, marketing, business development, market strategy, market communications and community development.
Ms. Khosla graduated summa cum laude from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management.

Theo is CFO for REHAU Americas, a global manufacturing company. He started his working career at Deloitte in The Netherlands and has 15 years experience in the United States working for several global multinational companies. He lives in Leesburg, VA with his wife and two daughters.
Nico Vroom — Director
Nico has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the technology industry and is currently Vice President of Sales at MtoM Consulting, a social media marketing company. In the past 10 years Nico has succesfully brought several European companies into the US market. In addition to being a founding board member of NACCWM, Nico serves on the board of the Overlee Community Association and is a member of the Fundraising Committee of Arlington Soccer Association. Nico lives in Arlington, VA with his wife Ellen Frawley and their three boys. Nico also enjoys coaching his boys’ soccer and basketball teams and is an official with Potomac Valley Swimming and Northern Virginia Swim Leagues.
Amos Gilkey - Director
Amos is the Founder and CEO of the professional recruiting and business development consulting firm CleanWave Group. He is the co-founder of an innovative equity crowdfunding portal, a participant in the University of Chicago Entrepreneurial Advisory Group in DC, and has been on the Advisory Council to the Cradle to Cradle© Products Innovation Institute in California. Amos speaks Dutch, assisted with the Steering Committee for the Netherland-America Foundation (NAF) DC Chapter and is a Reading Judge for business plan competitions focused on Positive Impact ventures. Amos is an alumnus of the western literary student society (studentengezelschap) UNICA in Amsterdam and his interests include fantasy baseball, music, aquariums, sailing, spy novels, and Dutch appeltaart. Amos lives in Virginia with his fiancé.
